Church House Westminster is ready to welcome back in-person events of up to 30 people from 1 August 2020.

We remain committed to the safety and wellbeing of our clients, teams and suppliers. We’re delighted to confirm that we’ve successfully applied for the We’re Good To Go! COVID-19 Industry Standard. In partnership with Visit England, the standard confirms that Church House Westminster follows government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, ensuring processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social/physical distancing.

Now is the time to utilise the power of face to face events to help businesses to get back to what matters most – making connections, collaborating creatively and collectively sharing ideas.

Our Grade II listed building in central Westminster offers 19 versatile event spaces and a combined area of almost 2,000 square metres, which allows for more than ample social distancing. The large space also makes a variety of event formats possible – from workshops to training seminars, meetings, forums and breakout spaces to facilitate networking.

Our Covid-secure event measures will support you in navigating the new normal.

Most importantly, you are not limited to 30 delegates! With the clever use of our hybrid event technology, virtual attendees of up to 1,000 can join your event, making it not only cost-effective, but also safe and sustainable. Our in-house AV team manages a plethora of hybrid events including live streams and web conferencing with the latest event technology which comes equipped with innovative engagement capabilities to connect live and online audiences.

We are passionate about service excellence and during this time as we rebuild together after the pandemic you can be assured of our flexibility, whether it relates to terms of contract, catering options or specific event requirements.

Of course, from 1 October 2020, pending pilot tests from the Government, conferences and larger events will resume and we are excited to now recommence planning for these events together with our clients. Our teams have been on-site preparing for the reopening of Church House for some time and we are confident that our resilient industry will soon bounce back as face to face events take its righteous place in delivering great content and live experiences for its audiences.

For more information please do get in touch via our contact form or give us a call on 020 7390 1590 to discuss your event.
