"As you can imagine, we run quite a few events at the Royal Armouries Museum and at our other sites at the White Tower and at Fort Nelson in Hampshire as well as off-site but rarely have I been so impressed with a venue from initial contact through to event delivery. From initial recce to event delivery we always received a warm welcome from all staff, were offered refreshments, the chance to store our baggage safely and we always got what we needed from the visit. At the event itself, deliveries were brought up to the rooms in a timely fashion, staff were always on hand, helpful, made themselves known to the team and brought a steady (and extremely welcome) stream of tea, coffee and water. Attention to detail throughout was evident. The rooms were clean and tidy, signage had been provided for us using all the correct logos, the cloakroom and toilets were also in excellent order. The staff on the evening itself were so professional and warm from the management through to every member of the waiting staff. The tray service was efficient and friendly and the bar was also extremely well run. We’ve had fantastic feedback on the catering and the service. I was extremely impressed with the venue and this is what has led to us looking into the possibility of immediately rebooking. I would have no hesitation in recommending Church House."
