Turn it into a Hybrid Event for free at Church House

At Church House we’ve fully embraced the emergence of virtual and hybrid events to counteract the impact of COVID-19 and physical distancing to keep meetings going.

In a further step to facilitate meetings and events to resume, Church House is offering event organisers complimentary use of our hybrid event technology, when hosting a conference or meeting at the Westminster venue. The offer is valid for events taking place up to the end of March 2021 and includes free hybrid event tech in the main plenary room only.

Our in-house Audio-Visual team of event production experts deliver a range of virtual and hybrid interactive online events with the use of new event technology.

Whether you are planning a multi-presenter event such as a virtual panel discussion or a webinar with virtual break-out rooms, our approach is to connect in-person and virtual audiences and to deliver an interactive delegate experience utilising expert event production and technology. There’s no need to worry about the logistics of the event, as a rehearsal with the AV team pre-event is also included.

What options are available to event organisers?

Live Stream

Deliver your message in real time, wherever your attendees are in the world.

“This is a winning choice for audience engagement. With WebEx Meetings, which is one of the most secure platforms, we are able to offer organisers the ability for delegates to pose questions, as well as polling and chat”, commented Bradley Hill, AV Manager of Church House Westminster.

Using one or more of our 19 flexible event spaces, we provide a corporate set and staging solution with built-in lighting and green screen capabilities. WebEx can easily me integrated and used with Zoom, Microsoft Teams & Skype.

On-Demand

On the opposite end of the spectrum, this option works well if no audience engagement is needed.

Bradley noted: “The advantage of opting for an on-demand version of your virtual event is that it allows organisers to produce a faultless event. We do this by filming pre-recorded versions which can then be professionally edited during post-production by our team at an additional cost”.

It’s a really great idea to include remote keynote speakers in international locations for this option by leveraging the multiple presenter capability of the platform.

Hybrid events

With hybrid events we bring it all together, combining the online and offline event elements to achieve the best of both.

Connect your physical and virtual event attendees using live streams and pre-recorded content. Our team will of course record the event in MP4, which again gives the organiser the opportunity to digitally distribute the event post-event in various edited versions.
