Along with enjoying the sunshine that came late this year, we have had a really busy summer at Church House.
We have put together a few of the highlights for you to read about, as we are looking forward to a busy few months before the festive season is upon us.
Our biggest project has been the installation of the brand new AV 4K dual projection in the Assembly Hall which is now up and running, you can read more about this in our ‘Church House invests in the Future’ story this month. Along with new AV we have also painted The Council, Abbey, Sir Herbert Baker and Westminster rooms to freshen up the look on our ground floor.
It has been an exciting summer for the team, as well as enjoying all of London’s summer offerings, they have been partaking in fundraising challenges. Our head of AV Ian Locke ran his fourth marathon for Macmillan Cancer Support, three of our Event Coordinators ran the Race for Life for Cancer Research and Tarryn from our Finance Team cycled from London to Amsterdam raising money for Jam International.
Also over the last few months we have had a number of changes to the team and we would like to wish Jo-Anna, Fiona, Ashleigh and Chloe every success in their new roles. We welcome new members to our team Hannah Draboczy, Sales and Marketing Assistant, Gemma Watts, Marketing Executive, Nicole Regalario, Event Coordinator and congratulate Emily Baker on her promotion to Business Development Manager.
