This year we played host to the Event Photography Awards. The winners were announced under our domed Assembly Hall on 27 April.
Sponsored by Engage Works, the Event Photography Awards are in their third year and are dedicated to finding the images which best capture the passion, excitement and emotion of live events. The finalists were announced in front of an audience of 150 during a reception held in our Assembly Hall.
Photographers, event professionals, venues, agencies and suppliers were recognised for their imagery in a variety of categories including: Music Events, Cultural Events, Sporting Events, Corporate Events, Trade Shows, Private Events, Weddings, Experiential and Behind The Scenes.
Judges for the event included Chris Skeith, CEO of the Association of Event Organiser; Zanine Adams, Head of Events and Business Development UK at London & Partners; Kevin Jackson, The Experience is the Marketing, Vice President EMEA, President ISES UK; Damien Gabet, Editor at Square Meal Venue and Events and Laura Moody, Managing Director of Blondefish.
