It`s week 9 of lockdown and in another (we'd like to think) optimistic sign of the current situation we are facing, it's also Mental Health Awareness week. The challenges of the past weeks and the uncertainty of the future have prompted us all to find new ways of adjusting to the new reality.

1. Meditation

As little as 10-15 minutes a day of reflection will increase calmness, reduce stress, and promote happiness.

 

2. Gratitude

Write down a list of five things that you are grateful for each day to help you focus on all the positive aspects of life.

 

3. Be kind to yourself

Find a way to treat yourself every day. Invest in you From trying new experiences to having a pamper day, you are worth it!

 

4. Goal setting

Commit to realistic goals every day and work your way towards achieving them. 

 

5. Re-connect 

Now is the time to get in touch with old friends. Talking to others helps so much in reminding us that we are not alone. Why not arrange to meet once this is all behind us?
