Church House Westminster’s investment in technology pays dividends

Church House Westminster’s investment in technology has paid dividends for the venue as event organisers seek to enhance their events.

As the capital marks London Technology Week, the Westminster venue believes boosting its AV facilities has opened up further business opportunities as they can offer clients a better range of services which ultimately enhance delegate experience.

Last summer, Church House Westminster invested more than £300,000 in its AV services including the installation of 4K projection in the Assembly Hall, as well as upgrading its sound system to the very latest D&B equipment.

By investing in technology, Church House Westminster’s clients are able to enhance their content by delivering high quality images and video, and by providing them with the ability to project multiple images on screen at any one time.

On top of this, the range of technology for meetings and events available at Church House Westminster includes high speed networked internet services via fibre and cat 6 cabling to deliver smooth video conferencing, and IPTV video relay, broadcast quality HD recording and streaming services and an editing suite to produce professional videos.

Robin Parker, General Manager at Church House Westminster, comments: “Investing in technology over the past few years has really paid off, and with the new facilities installed in the Assembly Hall, we’ve taken an historical building and blended it with the latest technology. In particular, the 4K projection solution and sound system has opened up a whole new range of opportunities for our clients. Our goal was to improve both image size and quality, and offer clients, varied screen options and great flexibility and we have certainly achieved this. It makes the venue more attractive to a more diverse range of clients, and as a result we have been able to bring in new business.
