Lacy Curtis-Ward, General Manager of Church House Conference Centre, Westminster, has been elected onto the Meeting Professionals International (MPI) UK Chapter Board.
Lacy's nomination is testimony to the impact she has had on the UK meetings industry since becoming general manager of the dedicated conference and banqueting venue in 2001. Ever striving for the highest level of customer satisfaction at Church House, Lacy will now be involved in new education opportunities and access to the latest global research and trends, in addition to organising business networking at both local and international events.
Lacy is sure to prove an asset to the board. Having spent 23 years as a meeting planner in San Francisco and London before becoming a venue manager, Lacy not only has experience as both a supplier and a customer, but has worked on both sides of the Atlantic. With this wealth of knowledge, she's perfectly placed to contribute to the global outlook of MPI.
