To ensure the food reflects the British seasonal availability and that the ingredients are at their most nutritional the menus will be chosen by the chef on a weekly basis and submitted for approval on the Thursday prior to the week of the function and will always consist of the following:

A meat, poultry or fish dish
Rice, pasta or potato dish
Seasonal vegetables or salad
Vegetarian dish
Freshly prepared fruit or desert
