Assembly Hall
Grade II listed
The Grade II listed Assembly Hall was built in 1939, to the design of world-renowned architect Sir Herbert Baker. It is flooded by natural light during the day from the 15 arched windows on the gallery level but can be darkened for AGMs, product launches or fine dining. The polished, English oak panelling and heraldic emblems sit beneath a 30 foot glass dome surrounded by 32 gilded angels.
The round shape of the Assembly Hall offers a feeling of intimacy whether you are speaking to 664 people or dining with 372.
