Church House Westminster, is pro-actively preparing for events post-covid as we navigate the ‘new normal’. We are looking at how we will operate our venue and host organised events within the Government’s guidelines for physical distancing.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

We have assessed each of our 19 flexible event spaces and how we can create as safe as an environment as possible for both our clients and staff to operate events within them. We have looked at capacities that respect physical distancing and have produced new guidelines for each room. These serve as suggestions for now until we know the guidelines and measures the UK Government will set. Download guidelines relating to our room capacities allowing for physical distancing.

CATERING

We are also creating new catering packages which initially will have more emphasis on individually wrapped food items within packed lunches and “grab and go bags” that delegates will be able to collect from designated catering areas and return to their own space to eat.

EVENT TECHNOLOGY & HYBRID EVENTS 

We, of course, believe in the power of face-to-face events, the magic of bringing people together, celebrating corporate milestones and the thrill of socialising and networking. We look forward to a time when we can all do this again. In the meantime, we have all had to learn new alternatives. Our dedicated event coordinators and AV team are here to help you produce high-quality events with greater interaction and knowledge sharing at its core. We have developed new in-house event technology with the ability to utilise the full potential of a range of hybrid events for between 2 to 1,000 delegates.

STANDARDS OF OPERATION

Our revised standards of operation, designed with both the safety and well-being of delegates and our teams in mind, are under constant review and will follow the guidelines set by the UK Government guidelines. Download our updated Standards of Operation for Covid-secure events taking place at Church House.
