Focus on what is important

Church House Conference Centre is delighted to have retained its Investors in People (IIP) status, the national quality standard which highlights good practice for improving an organisation's performance through its people.

As part of its achievement, the central Westminster venue developed a comprehensive framework to improve their overall performance and competitiveness. Church House also set achievable business objectives involving the input of the whole team.

The IIP accreditation further compliments Church House’s well established and highly respected customer service promise; ‘Inspiring People’ launched in 2003, to acknowledge the key role its staff play in delivering quality events and commitment to providing outstanding hospitality service.

Robin Parker, General Manager at Church House commented; “IIP had evolved hugely since our original inspection and has really made us focus on what is important for our team and the organisation.”

He continued; “Involving the whole team in the development of our business plan and our objectives was a really worthwhile exercise and I genuinely believe that going forward, we have a plan that belongs to everyone.”
