Church House Awarded BDRC Venue Verdict Gold Standard

Exceptional customer satisfaction

Church House Conference Centre in Westminster has been awarded the BDRC ‘VenueVerdict Gold Standard,’ in recognition of its exceptional level of customer satisfaction.

Over 200 properties participated in the 2009 scheme, which collated feedback from event hosts via online surveys. It provides a foundation for ongoing service improvements and relationship marketing.

General Manager Robin Parker commented; “I am delighted that Church House has been recognised by BDRC for the efforts we put into guaranteeing customer satisfaction. As one of only a handful of venues nationally to qualify for the standard, it really highlights what we work so hard to achieve – first class service and delivery of great events.”

The award winning venue has recently announced its plans to freeze all of its prices at the 2009 rate, until March 2011.
