Church House Awarded BDRC ‘VenueVerdict Gold Standard’

Church House has once again been recognised for our exceptional facilities and levels of customer service by receiving BDRC ‘VenueVerdict’ Gold Standard and being nominated for the M&IT Industry Awards.

Over 200 properties participated in the BDRC ‘VenueVerdict’ scheme, with only a handful being awarded the coveted Gold Standard. ‘VenueVerdict’ collates feedback from event hosts via online surveys and provides venues with a foundation for ongoing service improvements as well as benchmarking them against similar venues both locally and nationally

Customer satisfaction has always been our main focus and by receiving this standard it means that the hard work that goes into each and every event at Church House is being recognised.
