Church House Conference Centre, Westminster, has recently appointed Jo Steadman as Operations Manager.

With over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, Jo has held several senior positions including Conference Network Supervisor at the Holiday Inn, Reading, before becoming Senior Client Liaison Manager for London Catering Services in 1998. Most recently, Jo enjoyed a very successful spell as Head of Events for Dali Universe, where her achievements include increasing the Gross Product by 10% and exceeding revenue targets by 9%.

Jo will be key in the implementation of new measures which should produce an increase in our already impressive Hospitality Assured - Meetings score and ensure our clients receive the very best standards of service. " said General Manager Lacy Curtis-Ward.

Speaking about her appointment, Jo said 'I am really excited about joining the team at Church House Conference Centre in my new role as Operations Manager. I'm looking forward to the challenge of improving our high standards."
