Due to the fact that organic produce is greatly affected by the change in seasons and because of the lack of use of any growth enhancers and pesticides we have produced a selection of sample seasonal menus to make full use of the nutritional values and availability of such natural and wonderful flavours.
We would require at least 10 working days notice of confirmed final numbers for the event.
