We are looking for a customer-focused and dedicated individual to work within the Conference Centre. As a Client Host, you will be responsible for ensuring that the clients’ requests and needs are met from when they arrive on site to when they leave the venue.
As part of the events team you will be liaising between client and venue staff ensuring the clients' requirements are communicated to ensure a successful event. As a point of contact for the client you will be required to meet and greet, organize event signage, instruct on health and safety procedures, to advise client on local facilities.
There are also administrative duties which include database management and ensuring client questionnaires are completed and logged. Candidates must have a can-do attitude, relative industry experience, excellent customer skills and good personal presentation with experience on Microsoft packages including Excel.
